Accounting Clerk
This position required working with a variety of people including clients, coworkers and subcontractors. Employees must maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while interacting with all, both over the phone, in person, and via email.
Essential Duties:
Routing and data entry of accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Resolves account discrepancies by investigating documentation, reconciling, payments, or adjustments.
Prepares payroll/ bi-weekly and enter data in payroll system, including calculating timecards.
Process and scan deposits daily.
Receive and sort office mail daily following mail incoming and outgoing procedure.
Enter new employees in payroll and accounting systems.
Analyze and organize subcontractor payment request forms.
Verification and auditing of subcontractors enrolled in program.
Research and enroll new subcontractors meeting insurance requirements.
Prepare and distribute weekly accounting reports to executive staff.
Backup for answering incoming calls and routing.
Perform all duties in a professional and confidential manner.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.
Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
Maintains financial historical records by filing accounting documents.
Required Qualifications:
1 year experience in Accounts Receivable/Payable/Payroll

Job Description
Property Solutions Team (PST) is looking to add a Construction Administrator with critical thinking skills, decisive judgement, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. We are looking for driven, detail-oriented candidates to fill these roles. PST is a full-service maintenance, restoration, and construction company serving multi-family communities throughout Denver Metro for 19 years and we are rapidly growing. We are searching for hard-working, enthusiastic candidates to grow with us.
Essential Functions
Scanning and emailing
Document preparation as needed by executive team
Creating and maintaining project files as needed
Documenting meeting minutes and to-do-lists
Maintaining and growing Subcontractor Partnership program
Preparing spreadsheets reports from raw data provided by executive team and project managers
Administrative duties including managing calendars, assisting with report creation, scheduling and correspondence
Point of contact and coordination between project managers and team members
Assist with maintaining procedure manuals, project filing and document control systems
Bonus Skills
Experience with CompanyCam, Restoration Management or additional construction software/apps
Background in construction administration
Experience in high volume scheduling, document and project management in any industry
Estimator / Project Manager
Large Scale Construction:
Prepares cost estimates by analyzing proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents to identifying labor, material, and time requirements for multiple projects
Gathers details and compiles data from job site observations ensuring discrepancies are resolved and all submitted estimates are accurate.
Tracks and keeps deadlines set by clients and Project Managers
Reports to work/job site as scheduled, always ready to work as a team with other employees
Schedules and attends municipality inspections
Experience:
Construction Industry: 2 Years
Project Estimating:1 Year
Experience in Microsoft Office required
Experience in Xactimate preferred
Working knowledge of Office 365 platform/Microsoft Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/OneDrive)
Work Demands:
Ability to walk large properties, climb stairs, ladders, enter and inspect confined and enclosed spaces
Ability to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer
Ability to perform job duties in all weather conditions
Ability to read and interpret blue prints
Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong computer skills
Exceptional customer service and communication skills with a command of the English language
Strong knowledge of construction methods and safety laws
Ability to properly read a tape measure
Valid driver License with clean MVR & Reliable Transportation
Must pass background check
Ability to lift 60lbs

Takes initiative to pursue industry certifications, working to improve technical knowledge and learn new skills.
